Location: Onsite – West Palm Beach, FL
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay Rate: $20–$24 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Accounting Administrative Office Assistant to join our dealership team in West Palm Beach. This role is essential in supporting daily operations through administrative and accounting tasks, ensuring smooth workflow across departments, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties to support dealership operations
  • Order, track, and manage office and dealership supplies
  • Handle accounting-related tasks including:
    • Dealer reserve reconciliations
    • Parts statements processing
    • Tag and title documentation and processing
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with dealership standards
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient and timely operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and internal support to staff and clients

Qualifications:

  • Dealership experience is required
  • Strong understanding of automotive accounting processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

Schedule:
Full-time, onsite position with potential for permanent placement after the temporary period.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
