Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Connect with both English and Spanish-speaking clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Strategy: Identify client needs and present suitable insurance plans, aiming to optimize client portfolios and cross-sell additional products when appropriate.
Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client needs are met and to address any changes in their insurance requirements.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, product changes, and new regulations to provide the most current advice.
Requirements
Bilingual Skills: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
Licensing: Active state insurance license in Florida for Property & Casualty is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar field is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and educate clients.
