About the role
Join our leadership team as a high‑potential problem solver who turns ideas into executed projects. You’ll work directly with the CEO, President, and VP of Production to drive cross‑functional initiatives. You’ll also have a dedicated personal assistant, allowing you to focus on analysis, decision-making, and results.


What you’ll do

  • Lead priority projects across operations, scheduling, HR, IT, and more
  • Build KPI dashboards and reporting that drive accountability
  • Improve production scheduling and related workflows
  • Coordinate teams, timelines, and deliverables; remove bottlenecks
  • Present clear, data‑backed recommendations to leadership


What you bring

  • 3–6 years in operations, business ops, or project management (manufacturing not required)
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas); SQL/BI a plus
  • Proven track record executing cross‑functional projects
  • Strong communicator; comfortable influencing managers and executives
  • Curious, adaptable, low‑ego, high‑ownership mindset


Compensation & benefits

  • Base salary: $105,000–$115,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Performance bonus eligibility
  • Health, dental, vision; PTO.
