Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Customer Experience Ambassador (CEA)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (FLL Airport)

Employment Type: Full-Time /Part-Time

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.71

Position Overview:
Provide professional customer service to passengers and internal partners at FLL. Answer questions, manage passenger queues, enforce company policies, and ensure a positive experience aligned with organizational values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet passengers promptly and courteously
  • Assist passengers with empathy and patience
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Remain calm and composed during service delays or challenges
  • Track shuttle arrival times and report service needs
  • Maintain clean, organized duty station and visible presence

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Professional demeanor and reliability
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Work Environment:

  • Outdoor airport setting, exposure to weather and moving vehicles
