Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Customer Experience Ambassador (CEA)
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (FLL Airport)
Employment Type: Full-Time /Part-Time
Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.71
Position Overview:
Provide professional customer service to passengers and internal partners at FLL. Answer questions, manage passenger queues, enforce company policies, and ensure a positive experience aligned with organizational values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers promptly and courteously
- Assist passengers with empathy and patience
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Remain calm and composed during service delays or challenges
- Track shuttle arrival times and report service needs
- Maintain clean, organized duty station and visible presence
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and reliability
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Work Environment:
