Job Description:
As an In-Home Sales Rep, you'll handle 3-5 pre-qualified in-home appointments per day, provided by our marketing team. No prospecting or cold calling required—we supply the leads, you close the sales. Our average job size is $4,300, with a target closing rate of 30-50%. This is a high-potential role for a motivated closer in the home improvement industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations, assess client needs, and provide accurate estimates for painting projects.
- Build rapport, present solutions, and close sales on-site.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with support from provided leads.
- Follow up on appointments and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth project handoff.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in in-home services, home improvement, or painting (1-3 years preferred). Home services experience preferred.
- Strong closing skills with a track record of meeting quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (fuel reimbursement provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed for appointments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; sales training/certification a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- 100% commission-based with uncapped earnings potential.
- On-target earnings (OTE): $60,000–$200,000+ annually, based on performance (average job $4,300 and 30-50% close rate on provided leads).
- Fuel reimbursement for appointments.
