Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience) + commission

Job Description:
We are a growing commercial cleaning company specializing in hotel and commercial facilities, seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand our client base across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This role is focused on developing new business relationships and promoting our professional cleaning services.

Requirements:

• Identify and pursue new commercial and hotel cleaning opportunities in PA and NJ
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, hotel management, and commercial clients
• Present and promote company services to prospective clients
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts
• Close new business and meet sales targets
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Experience in commercial or hotel services is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary $55,000–$65,000
• Commission with strong earning potential
