LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Recruiting Specialist for our client in W. Palm Beach, FL. This is a contract to hire, onsite opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with recruitment process including sourcing applicants (using job boards, social media, colleges, etc.), interviewing candidates, and coordinating background/drug screens

  • Updates recruiting activity reports

Experience

  • Minimum two years of high-volume recruiting experience required

Skills/Knowledge

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoom

  • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail

  • Effective communication (written/verbal), time management and organizational skills

  • Professional demeanor

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field strongly desired

Work Hours/Pay Rate:

  • Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week

  • $22-24/hr.
