Location: Midtown Miami / Design and should live no further than District Coconut Grove / Downtown Miami / North Miami (On-Site and or depending on candidate qualifications, work from home)
Salary: Hourly pay with potential to earn up to $56,000 per year (40 hours/week)

Job Description
We are an established insurance agency seeking a Licensed Commercial Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is a Level 2 CSR role requiring prior commercial lines experience and proficiency with AMS360 Agency Management System.
The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, and lives within commuting distance of Coconut Grove, Downtown Miami, or North Miami.
Responsibilities
- Service and manage commercial insurance accounts (endorsements, renewals, COIs, policy changes).
- Provide excellent customer support and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work directly with producers, clients, and carriers to resolve issues quickly.
- Utilize AMS360 for daily servicing tasks and account management.
Qualifications
- Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license required.
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial P&C customer service.
- AMS360 experience required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Must live near Coconut Grove, Downtown Miami, or North Miami.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay with earning potential up to $56,000 annually.
