We are a fast-paced, growing insurance agency seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative with experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:

Handle incoming service calls and client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements

Provide support to the agency team and maintain strong client relationships

Assist with claims reporting and follow-up

Communicate effectively with carriers, underwriters, and clients
Requirements:

Must hold a Florida 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license

Minimum 2 years of insurance customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency with insurance agency management systems is a plus
