Harbour Club, a Japanese restaurant, and Palm Room, a speakeasy-style lounge, will be exclusive to our esteemed members, while our upscale Mediterranean concept, a'Riva, will welcome all guests to enjoy its exceptional offerings.

Join the exclusive Harbour Club Miami team as a Captain Assistant/Server, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our members and guests. Responsibilities:

Serve members and guests warmly, addressing them by name when possible

Support Captains with tasks such as refilling water & wine, running drinks, clearing & marking tables and preparing & serving hot beverages

Assist with special requests and accommodate member and guest needs

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service areas, bar, and kitchen

Reset tables quickly and efficiently, keeping our dining rooms looking immaculate

Assist in preparing for special events and private functions as needed

Uphold Harbour Club's standards of service, professionalism, and hospitality at all times.
Qualifications:

A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Passion for food, beverage, and delivering outstanding hospitality experiences
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills coupled with attention to detail

Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is a plus
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Ability to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week

Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, traverse stairs and lift/carry heavy items on occasion
