Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all site administrative documentation — create, collect, scan, file, and maintain accurate records.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to project materials.
  • Prepare reports, logs, and trackers as directed by project leadership.
  • Assist with scheduling, call coordination, and meeting minutes.
  • Support daily office operations within the site trailer, including supplies, mail, and visitor management.
  • Coordinate document routing and approvals with project leaders and team members.
  • Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks to maintain smooth project operations.


Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience required; construction industry experience a plus but not necessary.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic construction site or trailer environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace; familiar with basic office equipment (scanners, printers).
  • Reliable, adaptable, and willing to assist with occasional weekend or overtime needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with both field and office personnel.
