In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Process cash, check, and credit card customer payments.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding billing and/or payment issues;
  • Verify service + commission rates for new services;
  • Work with team on Month End tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years of successful work experience with above tasks and/or billing or payment processing.

Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office
