In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Process cash, check, and credit card customer payments.
- Respond to inquiries regarding billing and/or payment issues;
- Verify service + commission rates for new services;
- Work with team on Month End tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 years of successful work experience with above tasks and/or billing or payment processing.
Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office
