Are you a driven, outgoing, Spanish-speaking professional looking for real income and long-term growth?
Aspire Payments is hiring motivated sales reps to help local business owners reduce their payment processing fees and upgrade their POS systems.
We provide base pay, high commissions, full training, and lifetime residual income. You’ll walk into deals with a guaranteed savings offer and a team behind you to help you close.
Responsibilities:

Sell payment processing and POS services to local small businesses

Call on leads, follow up with referrals, and walk into businesses to pitch

Educate clients on surcharging, next-day funding, and equipment options

Close deals and activate accounts — get paid fast

Follow up and build long-term relationships for recurring commissions
What You Get:

Base Pay: $600–$1,000/week (depending on experience)

Commission: $300–$600 per closed deal (paid weekly)

Bonuses: Monthly performance and referral bonuses

Residuals: Lifetime monthly income from each account you activate

Training: Full onboarding, sales scripts, and support in Spanish & English

Flexibility: Work full-time or part-time — you control your schedule
Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish (bilingual Spanish/English preferred)

Strong communication skills and confidence in sales conversations

Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus

Reliable transportation and ability to work on the road in the Miami area
