About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the SAP Electric Billing domain to support enterprise initiatives for a utilities client. This is a hands-on onsite role in Miami, FL, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, and testing teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business requirements analysis, process evaluation, and solution validation.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test scripts using both manual and automated testing approaches.
- Validate client requirements and ensure traceability across requirements, testing, and delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Own testing design methodologies and maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams to build, test, and deliver project components within established SLAs.
- Apply and promote Agile methodologies, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate collaborative discussions, analyze issues, and categorize project challenges to drive resolution.
- Demonstrate leadership in project execution and build strong, productive business relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong expertise in SAP Electric Billing domain.
- Mandatory experience with WorkSoft.
- Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing approaches.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency with ALM tools such as Jira, Confluence, QMetry, or similar.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Utilities industry experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in cross-functional, enterprise-scale environments.
- Proven ability to lead discussions and influence outcomes across teams.
