Job Title: Account Executive (Florida)

Location: Remote (Florida-based candidates only)

Salary: $46–$48 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time | Remote | Travel Required (up to 50%)

Position Overview

A leading education organization is seeking a Florida-based Account Executive to drive growth, develop strategic partnerships, and support the adoption of educational programs across institutional clients. This individual will manage a defined territory, lead outreach to high-value accounts, and oversee long-term client relationships aligned with organizational goals.

The Account Executive will serve as a critical member of a regional team responsible for revenue generation, business development, and partner success. The role requires a self-motivated, results-driven professional with experience in education services, sales strategy, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic account development within a designated territory, including lead generation, prospecting, and long-term relationship building.
  • Execute outreach plans to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and program retention.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with stakeholders at schools, districts, and educational institutions.
  • Oversee onboarding and implementation of services for new accounts; create and manage training plans and schedules.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management, client communications, and reporting.
  • Secure and maintain Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and support clients throughout multi-year engagement plans.
  • Attend regional and national conferences, networking events, and marketing functions as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing and leadership, to align strategies and support regional expansion goals.
  • Provide regular progress reports, strategic business plans, and account updates to leadership.
  • Manage complex, multi-level relationships with decision-makers including C-level executives, school leaders, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in educational technology, program implementation, or professional development in Pre-K–12 or higher education.
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle sales processes, particularly within institutional or district-level environments.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets in a mission-aligned organization.
  • Experience delivering consultative solutions and managing long sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with high-profile education clients, school districts, and education leaders.
  • Familiarity with multi-year implementations and large-scale professional development programs.
  • Understanding of university-level education models.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $46–$48 per hour
