We’re looking for a results-driven leader who can oversee diverse environmental projects, maintain top-tier FDEP scores, and deliver regulatory closures while building strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Position Overview:
Location: Lantana, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 per year (DOE)
Start Date: Immediate

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead petroleum and chlorinated solvent assessment and remediation projects.
  • Deliver closures (SRCOs, NFAs, IC/ECs, restrictive covenants) with top-tier FDEP CPE scores.
  • Design and implement remediation systems (AS/SVE, DPE, ISCO, metabolic enhancement).
  • Coordinate subcontractors, landowners, and permitting for air and water discharges.
  • Support emergency response efforts and ensure safety compliance.
  • Build client relationships and grow our South Florida market presence.

What You Bring:

  • 4 + years in environmental consulting project management.
  • Strong FDEP knowledge and permitting experience.
  • Proven track record managing multi-site portfolios.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ready to hit the ground running immediately.
