Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting individuals through the government application process by providing clear, compassionate, and solution-focused assistance over the phone. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment where excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential. In addition to resolving escalated issues, you will act as a trusted advisorhelping customers understand their options, promoting adoption of our services, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding live support, managing escalated customer cases.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, providing timely updates and guidance on the government application process.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse customer base and internal teams.
- Confidently handle a high volume of daily calls while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Collect feedback from customer interactions and relay it to the Product Development team to ensure our product roadmap aligns with client feedback.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in B2C environments
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to empathize with customer needs.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US.
- Background check required.

Work Environment:
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST
- In-office role in Brickell, FL, 33131. No hybrid or remote available.
