Compensation:

$150,000 - $325,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate lease and sale agreements to ensure favorable terms for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, investors, and property owners.
  • Analyze financial data to assess property values and investment potential.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients and properties for consistent growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored property solutions.
  • Proven track record of negotiating favorable lease and sale agreements for clients.
  • Strong skills in conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate industry.
