Position Summary
Do you love dogs? Are you eager to jumpstart your career in sales? Join us as a Sales Associate and be part of the team that connects our life-changing products with pet lovers everywhere.
This entry-level, in-office role is perfect for someone enthusiastic, curious, and ready to grow. You’ll start by learning the ropes with lead generation, then—after 30 days—transition into a customer-facing sales role with a pay bump. (Yes, growth happens fast here!)
You’ll also get to work within our breeder program, where we provide wholesale pricing to dog breeders who share our passion for puppies.
What You’ll Do
- Use research tools (Google, breeder directories, etc.) to sniff out potential new partners
- Build and maintain prospect lists of retailers and breeders
- After your first month, roll up your sleeves and start reaching out directly to potential and existing customers
- Respond to inbound inquiries and guide customers through onboarding
- Keep accurate records of outreach and activity in our CRM
- Team up with sales colleagues to hit monthly and quarterly goals
- Represent Snuggle Puppy with professionalism, enthusiasm, and just the right amount of tail-wagging energy

- A self-starter with plenty of motivation and initiative
- Excellent communication and people skills (you enjoy connecting!)
- Strong organizational chops and attention to detail
- A true love of dogs and excitement for the pet industry
- Sales experience isn’t required—just bring your passion, and we’ll train you!

- Compensation starts at $17/hr and bumps up to $22/hr with incentives and commission earning potential after hitting milestones
