Job Description: We are seeking a driven and skilled Roofing Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves performing roof inspections, identifying damage, and engaging directly with homeowners to discuss the benefits of repairing or replacing their roof through their homeowner's insurance. As a vital member of our sales team, you will use leads provided by Trident Roofing to engage potential customers, maintain customer relationships, and close sales to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive roof inspections to assess damage and determine repair needs.
- Educate homeowners on the importance of roof maintenance and the insurance claim process for roof repairs or replacement.
- Utilize leads provided by Trident Roofing to contact potential customers, eliminating the need for cold calling.
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process to facilitate roof repair or replacement approvals.
- Prepare and present proposals and sales contracts to potential customers.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales and encouraging customer referrals.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in roofing sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of roofing systems and damage assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of educating and persuading homeowners.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Reliable transportation for visiting clients within the Tampa area.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales progress.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales, marketing, or construction is beneficial.
