Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure a spotless environment.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation across all areas, including kitchens and bathrooms, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, understanding their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Use janitorial and custodial experience to manage cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage of equipment.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and procedures for both routine and deep-cleaning tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect clients’ privacy at all times while delivering top-tier service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; hotel or custodial experience is highly valued.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and reaching overhead comfortably.
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and equipment operation is preferred.
- Experience with janitorial supplies management or housekeeping management is advantageous.
