Sales Administrator


PrideStaff is hiring for a Sales Administrator for one of our busy clients located in Fort Myers, FL.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing administrative tasks and some sales duties in a professional environment. This role combines general administrative and sales responsibilities.
Sales role in regards to understanding the needs of potential customers and current customers and sending quotes to customers via email. Requiring a mix of organizational, communication, and attention to detail.

This is a full-time temp-to-hire position.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $21-24/hr Depending on Experience.
Location: Fort Myers, FL

Sales Administrator Job Duties include but not limited to:

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for prospects and clients, managing communications from the initial call through to the final follow-up.
  • Support the sales specialists by managing CRM data entry, coordinating schedules, and preparing essential project documentation.
  • Keep the sales pipeline running smoothly and efficiently by identifying and removing administrative bottlenecks.
  • Ensure all client-facing materials and communications reflect the company's commitment to service and excellence.


Administrative/ Sales Assistant Job Requirements:

  • At least (1) year of recent and related work experience.
  • Experience working in a professional office environment.
  • Experience in Construction or related industries.
