We are currently looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team and support our day-to-day financial operations.
Position Overview
This is an entry-level accounting position ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and eager to learn. The Accounting Clerk will assist the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks, data entry, and financial recordkeeping across several operating companies.
Key Responsibilities

Enter and process invoices, payments, and receipts

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking

Reconcile bank and credit card statements

Help maintain organized digital and physical financial records

Support monthly reporting and close-out tasks

Communicate with vendors or internal staff regarding billing questions

Perform general administrative duties to support the accounting team
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus)

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable using Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
