This Administrative Assistant position pay range is $20-$23/hr depending on experience. Essential responsibilities:
- Price invoices and send out quotes.
- Prepare and track quotes (sent, needed, approved).
- Request job increases and provide NTEs (not-to-exceed amounts).
- Order materials, price items, and research products.
- Follow up with vendors on lead times and order statuses
- Research labor and material costs to keep pricing accurate and efficient.
- Review documents and project details to understand the scope of work.
- Support field supervisors with quotes, materials, and customer updates.
- Meet report deadlines and keep everyone informed on the status of quotes and material orders.
Qualifications for our Administrative Assistant
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 3 years of estimating experience (plumbing or home service industry preferred).
- Related experience, advanced training, or a mix of both will be considered.
- Comfortable with computers and basic office equipment; must know the local area.
- Strong people skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who's reliable and shows up on time.
- Experience gathering data and entering it accurately into computer systems.
WORK SCHEDULE
This position works a schedule of 8 am- 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch, two paid 15 minutes and on call after hours/weekends as needed.
