Join OneBlood as an Administrative Assistant supporting our Donor Services Department in Lakeland! In this onsite role, you’ll provide vital administrative and clerical support that keeps our lifesaving operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate daily scheduling and departmental activities
- Assist with donor group communications and scheduling needs
- Compile and maintain reports and records for department tracking
- Provide software support, including basic training and troubleshooting
- Support the Regional Director with special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of general office or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

COMPENSATION:
- Competitive Salary: $18 - $19/hour
