About the Role
We’re a fast-growing 2A specialty retail company with multiple locations and ambitious plans to expand across Florida. We’re seeking a strategic, growth-minded Business Operations Director to join our executive team and lead marketing-driven expansion, financial planning, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Drive multi-location growth through marketing and operational strategy
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling for new and existing stores
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to evaluate ROI and campaign performance
- Build scalable systems and workflows to support statewide expansion
- Analyze market trends, retail KPIs, and performance data to inform decisions
- Oversee capital planning, vendor negotiations, and investment opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership in retail, consumer goods, or multi-unit operations
- Experience driving growth through marketing strategy and data analytics
- Strong background in financial modeling and strategic planning
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- MBA or equivalent preferred
Location & Schedule
Florida-based role with travel to store locations as needed. Hybrid flexibility available.
