What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting clients with their travel needs.
- Research and secure the best cruise options (river & ocean) based on client preferences and criteria.
- Coordinate air quotes with Global First Travel and support our Luxury Travel Operations Manager in arranging custom trips.
- Collaborate with our tour department to manage the intricate details of group tours.
- Handle corporate and budget travel inquiries by collecting client information and liaising with our remote agent.
- Maintain and organize electronic data, documents, and notes using our systems (Z Drive, FMP, CRM, WE Travel).
- Stay updated on travel policies, procedures, and evolving industry regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- A self-starter with exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Someone who is laser-focused on attention to detail and highly motivated to deliver the ultimate level of customer service.
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of European travel and geography is an asset.
- English business writing skills are essential; foreign language abilities are a bonus.
- Previous exposure to the travel industry is preferred but not required.
