Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older • Strong communication skills • Coachable, motivated, and goal‐oriented • A desire to build a long‐term career • Licensing: Candidates must complete the state‐approved licensing course, pass the state exam, and complete a background check. These are standard requirements for all licensed agents. • Upfront licensing costs are reimbursed once you obtain your license and make your first sale. • Already licensed? You can begin onboarding immediately.
Compensation This is a commission‐only position. New agents typically earn $60,000–$120,000+ in their first year, with top performers earning significantly more. Experienced agents often scale even faster due to higher starting commissions and leadership opportunities.
