Saez Distributors is one South Florida’s leading distributors of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, equipment and supplies.
We are currently seeking a Inside Sales Representative.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the Outside Sales Representatives, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales and fulfilling customer needs in a manner consistent with the company’s policies and values.
Summary of duties include but are not limited to:
INSIDE SALES SKILLS:
- Promptly and accurately processes quotes and sales orders.
- Works with their assigned outside sales representatives to ensure orders are entered, dispatched, and delivered to customers.
- Assists outside sales reps with setting customer pricing profiles to ensure accurate pricing.
- Handles customer credit returns in a timely manner by completing all appropriate documentation in accordance with Company policy
- Assists in maintaining the Branch appearance in accordance with Company policy and safety standards.
- Coordinates delivery requests with warehouse to ensure orders that require priority are delivered in a timely manner.
- Research products for outside sales representatives to help with building customer quotes.
- Reaches out to vendors for pricing.
INVENTORY:
- On occasion performs cycle counts as needed/directed by manager.
- Restock inventory as needed/ directed by manager.
- Assist in transferring inventory between branches when necessary to fulfill customer orders.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with external customers.
- Provides timely and accurate information to customers.
- Follows-up with customers in a timely manner and notifies outside sales reps if and when necessary.
SAFETY:
- Follows all safety standards and requirements according to company policy, OSHA and Hazmat standards.
- Notifies supervisor of any and all safety concerns; incidents and/or accidents in a timely manner.
SCHEDULE: M-F 8AM - 5PM some Saturdays 8AM - 12PM
Requirements:
Experience/Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in HVAC is preferred but not required.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience using word processing software, excel, dropbox, email, and slack.
- Strong computer skills needed and willingness to learn if necessary.
- Must possess good communication skills and possess the ability to professionally interact with customers.
- Must possess a good work ethic and be able to work well with other team members.
- Must be able to lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds on a routine basis.
- Available to work every other Saturday
- Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision.
