As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team.

In this role, you will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and scheduling meetings for our senior sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact in the sales process, playing a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and introducing our managed services to organizations across our region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking
  • Identify and qualify new leads based on their business needs and fit
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for senior sales executives
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and opportunities in our CRM
  • Collaborate closely with our solutions and technical team to understand our services
  • Prepare initial proposal materials and help gather client requirements
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and knowledgeable first impressions
  • Continuously develop product and industry knowledge to better engage prospects

What We’re Looking For:

  • strong interest in technology and managed IT services
  • Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead generation
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude
  • Self-starter who is motivated to achieve daily and weekly outreach goals
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and connecting via email and LinkedIn
  • Collaborative team player eager to learn and grow
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits
