Job DescriptionTitle Processor – Temporary Coverage - On-Site

• Boutique West Palm Beach Law Office is currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Title Processor to join their team in a temporary capacity.
• This position starts as soon as possible and will likely last for several weeks.
• Must be able to handle the full title process — from file opening through post-closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open new title files and gather necessary information
• Examine legal documents (mortgages, liens, easements, plats, maps, etc.)
• Verify legal descriptions, ownership, and property restrictions
• Communicate with realtors, lenders, buyers/sellers, contractors, surveyors, and courthouse staff
• Clear titles in preparation for closings
• Ensure compliance with legal and procedural standards
• Handle funding and manage post-closing activities

Requirements:

• Preferably 5 or more years of recent Title Experience.
• Able to manage title reports and the full title process
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
