We're Hiring: Job Costing / Payroll Specialist
Location: North Fort Myers
Pay: $23–$25/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is teaming up with a local construction company seeking a Job Costing / Payroll Specialist to help manage payroll processing and project cost tracking. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of structure, responsibility, and hands-on problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll for approximately 100 employees
- Maintain accurate job costing records and support project budget tracking
- Verify employee time sheets and job site labor allocations
- Analyze job costs and profitability
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare payroll and cost-related reports for management
- Support tax filings and year-end reporting
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in payroll and job costing (construction industry preferred)
- High-volume payroll processing skills
- Proficiency in Excel; QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
