.Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Fort Myers, FL is looking for Court Monitors to join our 55 person strong team. We are located on 14181 South Tamiami Trail. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions the customers may have and provide suggestions as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for colleagues and patrons
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain constant surveillance of guests in the facility: Act immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of each guest.
- Provide a WOW Experience
- Communicate court rules to all participants
- Perform various maintenance duties as directed. Help Maintain a clean and safe facility.
- Keep participants under control so as to not endanger others. Maintain the safety of ALL guests.
- Pay complete attention to the court at all times and be very interactive with the jumpers.
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled colleagues and clientele
- Highly adaptable to various situations and customer needs
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to project voice and be heard in a loud environment.
