Bright Path Insurance is a newer, fast-growing Medicare-focused agency building its core sales team in our Pompano Beach office. We’re looking for experienced, licensed Health Insurance Agents who want consistent inbound leads, strong carrier access, and real daily earning potential.

This role is for producers, not trainees. You must already be licensed and ready to sell.

What You’ll Do

• Take inbound calls from Medicare-eligible consumers actively shopping for coverage
  
  
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage plans and options
  
  
• Complete enrollments accurately and compliantly
  
  
• Use proven scripts and in-house systems (Sunfire, TLD, CTM)
  
  
• Work in-office and participate in daily coaching and team huddles
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Active 2-15 or 2-40 Insurance License (Required)
  
  
• Medicare sales experience (Required)
  
  
• Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
  
  
• Full-time, in-office availability (no remote work)
  
  
• Competitive, team-oriented mindset
  
  

Schedule

Monday–Friday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(In-office. Non-negotiable.)

Compensation

• 1099 Commission-Based Role
  
  
• $100 per enrollment
  
  
• Daily earning potential: $300–$500+
  
  
• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
