???? Position Overview: Operations SupervisorAs our Operations Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of our field crews and projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, crew efficiency, job readiness, and ongoing training—all while upholding safety and excellence in every task.
???? Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Operations Manager and Account Managers on job progress and crew performance
- Supervise daily operations and ensure crews are equipped and ready
- Optimize scheduling and job sequencing to maximize productivity
- Oversee small installations and assist with resource planning
- Manage materials, equipment, and asset tracking (via Aspire & Invisitag)
- Maintain strong quality control and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Monitor performance of crew Foremen and provide training or corrective action as needed
- Communicate proactively with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high service standards
✅ Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage multiple crews
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with landscape materials, equipment, and processes
- Able to pass a drug screening
- Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-minded
- Comfortable using software systems like Aspire for scheduling and reporting
