Salary: $65k & Up (based on industry experience)
Benefits: 5 vacation days after 1 year (additional benefits discussed in the final interview)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Technician to support both service calls & new boat rigging. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment & is passionate about delivering high-quality work on luxury vessels.

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Perform diagnostics, maintenance & repair of yacht systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, etc.)
✔️ Repowers & install new outboards
✔️ Running gear alignments & seal replacements
✔️ Lead & assist in rigging of new Valiatt boats, including system installations & sea trial support
✔️ Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues in the field & at the shop
✔️ Provide on-site service for client vessels in marinas & shipyards
✔️ Maintain detailed service logs & ensure quality control standards are met
✔️ Communicate effectively with management, clients & vendors to ensure seamless project execution
Qualifications & Skills
✅ 5+ years of marine technician experience (rigging or yacht commissioning preferred)
✅ Strong understanding of yacht systems, electronics & rigging components
✅ Ability to lead & manage small teams & service projects
✅ Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
✅ Must have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
