Job Title: Graphic Design Manager
Location: Miami, FL
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Graphic Design Manager will work independently on professional-level graphic design and collaboratively on broader marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Design digital and print assets, including brochures, ads, banners, congress booths, event collateral, and presentations.
- Create and edit videos for marketing purposes.
- Develop motion graphics and social media content (static and animated).
- Work in Canva and Adobe Illustrator to deliver high-quality designs aligned with brand standards.
- Ensure all creative output is compliant with InspireMD branding guidelines.
Support Marketing Pillars:
- Strategic congress planning.
- Clinical influence & thought leadership.
- Digital & print presence.
- Demand generation.
- Physician education & corporate visibility.
- Create and track purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Schedule ads and maintain the marketing calendar.
- Assist with PR, digital marketing, and brand reputation activities.
Requirements:
Design Skills:
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Illustrator (InDesign/Photoshop a plus).
- Strong video editing and motion graphics skills.
- Excellent sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Proven experience designing across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Marketing & Coordination Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing project management or related role.
- Experience with PO creation, vendor management, and budget tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Desire to expand marketing capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- General WordPress maintenance and updates.
- C++ web development.
- Animation and rendering skills. (e.g., creating a PNG version of our stent)
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
