As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and personable International Business Administrator to join our dynamic and passionate team.


Position Summary

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for buyers from around the world — providing exceptional service, managing client communications, and ensuring every interaction reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence. You’ll play a key role in coordinating the auction experience from registration to post-sale logistics, helping clients feel supported every step of the way.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary liaison for client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging.
  • Guide clients through registration, bidding, and post-auction processes.
  • Resolve client issues quickly and professionally, escalating as needed.
  • Coordinate shipping, payments, and pick-ups in collaboration with our operations and logistics teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM and auction software.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey throughout the pre-sale and post-sale process.
  • Support auction day operations, including bidder check-in, floor support, and online bidding assistance.
  • Champion a customer-first culture by suggesting process improvements and service enhancements.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. (Experience in auction houses, luxury goods, fine art, consignment, or e-commerce—such as eBay reselling—is a plus!)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and auction or e-commerce software. (Experience with Zoho, Salesforce, or QuickBooks is a plus.)
  • Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities with poise and professionalism.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A passion for art, antiques, and collectibles is a bonus!
