Allied Health Agency is hiring motivated individuals to join our in-office sales team as Pre-qualifiers. This role begins with live, in-office group training and offers a clear path to becoming a licensed health insurance closer.
No experience is required. Sales or call center experience is a plus. Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
Training & Orientation
- Live, in-office group orientation
- Wednesday January 14, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST
- Professional business attire required (100%)
- Background check required to continue with hiring and onboarding after orientation
Schedule
- Full-time: 40–45 hours per week
- Monday–Thursday
- Fridays off
- Must work either Saturday or Sunday
Pay & Compensation
- Weekly Attendance Pay
- Unlimited Commission Earning Potential
- Weekly Bonuses
- Average earnings: $800-$1,500 as a pre-qualifier and $1,500–$2,000 as a closer per week
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
Role Overview
As a Pre-qualifier, you will:
- Handle inbound calls from warm and hot leads (no cold calling)
- Follow provided sales and rebuttal scripts
- Ask qualifying questions to identify ready-to-enroll clients
- Transfer qualified calls to a licensed sales agents
- Accurately enter caller information into a web-based system
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Training Path
- First 2 weeks: Pre-qualifier training
- After 2 weeks: Closer training
- Company-paid Health Insurance License for qualified team members
Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Professional appearance required
- Reliable and punctual
- Open availability
- Coachable: able to follow scripts and direction
- Sales or call center experience is a plus (not required)
- Spanish speaking is a plus (not required)
