Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth procurement operations, from processing customer orders to managing vendor relationships. Your expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional service and maintaining seamless communication across all stages of the supply chain.

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and support both current and prospective clients.
• Process customer quotes and ensure accurate and timely follow-up.
• Convert approved quotes into orders and oversee all related processing tasks.
• Monitor and track the shipping status of orders, ensuring timely delivery from the factory to the freight forwarder.
• Notify customers of any changes, updates, or discrepancies related to their orders.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues such as order shortages or overages.
• Prepare and organize all necessary shipping documents in compliance with instructions and requirements.
• Finalize transactions by transferring orders into invoices.
• Keep customers informed about the shipping status and progress of their orders.
• Provide assistance to customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
