Our mission is to take the stress out of moving by providing top-quality supplies and outstanding service. As a key member of our customer support team, you’ll help customers find the right products, resolve issues quickly, and make their moving experience as smooth as possible.
What You’ll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care

Guide customers in selecting the right moving supplies for their needs

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

Troubleshoot delivery issues and provide timely solutions

Collaborate with our warehouse and shipping teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM system
What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of customer service or call center experience (moving or retail experience a plus)

Strong communication and active listening skills

Comfortable using computer systems and customer service software

Positive attitude, team player, and dependable work ethic

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

High school diploma or equivalent required
