?? Shifts Available:
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
?? Monday–Friday | No Weekend Hours!
?? Job Summary:
We’re seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Benefit Counselors to assist employees during open enrollment by guiding them through their employer-sponsored and voluntary benefit options. ?? Key Responsibilities:
?? Answer incoming calls to support benefit enrollment
?? Guide employees through a consultative benefit selection process
?? Accurately communicate benefit options, eligibility, and processes
?? Navigate internal enrollment systems and tools with ease
?? Document calls and track enrollment activity
?? Resolve inquiries through critical thinking and follow-up
?? Ensure all transactions follow state, carrier, and company guidelines
?? Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to team success
? Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
