We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Secretary to join our kitchen and bath remodeling company. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist with scheduling, and support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain records and organize files
  • Assist with invoicing and basic bookkeeping
  • Provide customer service and support to clients
  • Handle office supplies and inventory

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
