POSITION PURPOSE:
The Membership Events Manager is the face of our club and fills a supervisory role to ensure all aspects of the club are running well. As the acting ambassador of our brand, the Clubhouse Manager will influence members and associates exceptional experience within the Club. Works directly with the Director of Membership Operations to manage food and beverage operation.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned at the sole discretion of the resort and the Golf General Manager.
- Proactively builds relationships with members and creating exceptional experiences through engagement.
- Engage in service recovery for member questions and concerns.
- Maintain high profile among members while understanding and enforcing Rules and Regulations of the Club.
- Create calendar of social events for the Club.
- Work with chef, banquets department and stewarding to create beo for events.
- Effectively manage Member Clubhouse Food and Beverage Operation.
- Maintain front and back of house to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to food and beverage as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations.
- Support Membership Department as needed.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations.
- Understand, support and participate in all aspects of the Trump Cornerstones.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to ensure the department is covered.

Education and/or Experience:
Minimum two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education (at least a 2-year degree) and one year experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Publisher, etc. and familiarity with social media. Working knowledge of Google mail and documents/sites, is a plus
