Location: Altamonte Springs, FL
Pay Rate: $20–$24/hour
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Processor to join our finance team in a high-volume environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, has strong organizational skills, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with potential for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of invoices (300+ weekly) accurately and efficiently.
  • Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper documentation.
  • Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
  • Prepare and process electronic payments and check runs.
  • Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume setting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
