Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Processor to join our finance team in a high-volume environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, has strong organizational skills, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with potential for permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of invoices (300+ weekly) accurately and efficiently.
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper documentation.
- Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
- Prepare and process electronic payments and check runs.
- Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
