Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Dancewear Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our growing dancewear brand. This role is essential to keeping inventory, order fulfillment, and online sales running smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable to changing daily priorities, and enjoys both behind-the-scenes logistics and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize inventory, including receiving, ticketing, and maintaining accurate stock levels

• Add new products to the website and update existing product listings (descriptions, pricing, photos, inventory counts)

• Create, process, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Prepare and organize outgoing shipments and coordinate with shipping carriers

• Maintain an orderly stockroom and workspace to ensure efficient product flow, including breaking down boxes and throwing out product packaging.

• Handle online customer inquiries via email and website platforms, providing prompt and professional support

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, order issues, and inventory discrepancies

• Assist with ticketing, packing, and preparing products for sales, events, or special releases

• Adapt to daily operational needs to ensure smooth and continuous company operations
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior customer service experience required

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and adjust priorities throughout the day

• Comfortable working flexible weekday schedules and weekends

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

• Computer proficiency and comfort working with e-commerce platforms

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or inventory management

• Ability to lift, carry, or push at least 60 lbs

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience using Shopify

• Interest in dance, fashion, or the performing arts industry
