We’re seeking a driven, service-oriented sales leader to spearhead growth in our charter division. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead with expertise, cultivate lasting client relationships, and drive top-line revenue through thoughtful, personalized charter solutions. The ideal candidate brings a proven record in luxury or aviation charter sales and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Charter Sales Specialists
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Conduct regular pipeline and performance reviews to ensure sales targets are met
- Drive sales performance by managing inbound and outbound charter requests
- Prepare and present customized charter quotes with a strong emphasis on closing high-conversion leads
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue new markets and verticals (corporate, luxury travel, VIP, etc.)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value charter clients
- Provide white-glove service throughout the sales and booking process, ensuring client needs are anticipated and met
- Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat bookings and referrals
- Work closely with flight operations, Maintenance, and scheduling, to ensure quote feasibility
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and promotional efforts
- Partner with finance to ensure accurate pricing and margin control
- Maintain and manage accurate records of client interactions and deals in CRM NetSuite
- Represent at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand presence and partnerships
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports
- Offer input into pricing strategy, product offerings, and service packages to improve competitiveness
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in aviation, luxury travel, or charter services
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with private aviation, charter operations, or FAA regulations a plus
- Proficient in NetSuite CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with AirMax or similar charter sales platforms preferred
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including after-hours or weekends as needed to support clients
