Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) with accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online for daily accounting tasks and financial reporting.
• Streamline accounting processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
• Perform cash flow analysis and contribute to annual budget preparation.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records in computerized accounting systems.
• Assist with HR-related tasks and reception duties when needed.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and reporting as required.• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
