SALARY RANGE: $65,000 – $85,000 ANNUALLY
SCHEDULE: FULL-TIME, ON-SITE (REQUIRED)
START DATE: IMMEDIATE

JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Staffing Manager is responsible for ensuring that all job orders are filled across multiple offices, including short-term and long-term temporary assignments, executive placements, and large-scale staffing. This role operates both in the field and in the office, supporting recruiters, responding to urgent client needs, checking attendance, resolving issues, and visiting job sites as needed. The manager must be hands-on, highly organized, and ready to step in wherever gaps occur. Success in this role requires daily involvement in staffing activity, strong follow-through, and the ability to keep jobs filled and clients satisfied in fast-moving environments.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manages recruiters, on-site leads, and branch support staff across multiple offices
· Directly oversees daily job fulfillment activities and team performance
· Trains new team members and ensures all staff follow company standards for speed and accuracy
· Tracks staff performance and corrects issues quickly through hands-on support and follow-up
· Handles urgent personnel concerns, attendance issues, or job coverage problems escalated by the field or branch
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage job order fulfillment across multiple clients and geographic locations
· Support recruiters with screening, interviewing, onboarding, and last-minute staffing needs
· Personally fill job openings when local staff are overwhelmed or behind schedule
· Conduct site visits to confirm attendance, appearance, and client satisfaction
· Ensure that onboarding, documentation, and compliance tasks are completed without delays
· Track daily attendance and respond quickly to no-shows and performance issues
· Maintain up-to-date records of job orders, client feedback, and candidate availability
· Build relationships with on-site supervisors to stay informed of daily changes and needs
· Train and oversee local recruiters, coordinators, and field personnel
· Report daily and weekly placement numbers to leadership
· Travel regularly within the region to monitor operations and reinforce expectations
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversees daily staffing operations for all active job orders, including same-day, long-term, executive search, and large-scale assignments
· Supports recruiters with sourcing, screening, onboarding, and job placement, especially during high-volume periods
· Personally steps in to fill urgent openings or correct problems when needed
· Visits job sites regularly to verify attendance, professionalism, and client satisfaction
· Ensures all placements meet onboarding, credentialing, and scheduling requirements
· Tracks and reports daily fill rates, attendance, and open job activity
· Builds relationships with client contacts to stay informed of upcoming job needs and real-time feedback
· Maintains working knowledge of each region’s candidate pool, job pipelines, and client expectations
· Coordinates with internal departments including payroll, compliance, and operations to keep placements moving
· Organizes field visits, job fairs, or recruiting events to support regional hiring
· Travels between branches and job sites to ensure visibility, accountability, and consistency in staffing execution
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Strong knowledge of job placement processes, including scheduling, follow-up, and field supervision
· Ability to supervise teams while actively participating in day-to-day fulfillment
· Comfortable working across industries and adapting to job-specific client requirements
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
· Confident communicator who can address staff and client needs with urgency and clarity
· Proficient with applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office programs
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience-based qualifications will be considered
· At least three years of staffing or operations management experience, preferably across multiple sites
· Experience working in both field and office settings with responsibility for active job placement
· Familiarity with client-specific onboarding, credentialing, or background screening protocols is preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
· Ability to travel regionally up to 40%
COMPENSATION:
Commensurate with experience.
