Wolf Development Partners is a vertically integrated real estate development, architecture, and fabrication firm specializing in luxury multifamily projects. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager & Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing operations, and has strong bookkeeping/accounting skills.
Responsibilities
Office Management

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an efficient and professional work environment.

Manage scheduling, communications, and administrative support for leadership.

Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and organizational systems.

Support HR functions including onboarding, record-keeping, and benefits coordination.
Bookkeeping

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.

Prepare financial reports and support monthly/quarterly closing processes.

Work with leadership and external accountants to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Maintain organized financial records and assist with budget tracking.
Qualifications

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role.

Proficiency in QuickBooks required.

Previous experience in construction accounting strongly preferred.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
Compensation
-
Part-time position (20–25 hours/week)

Hourly rate: $28 – $35/hour, depending on experience and construction accounting expertise
